Shipping

Empire Loan will require signature confirmation for orders over $500 and in some cases on orders from customers with negative and/or low numbered and limited feedback history.

Empire Loan will not ship to P.O. boxes and customers who have a shipping address with a P.O. box will be asked to provide another address or their order will be canceled.

Empire Loan does not ship internationally/outside of the 50 states.

Shipping will be done through USPS Priority mail/First Class Mail, FedEx Ground/Home or FedEx SmartPost depending on size, weight and location of buyer.

Returns

Items being returned must be returned with a return request through eBay within 30 days from the date of delivery. Shipping will be paid for by the seller for issues with an item that is not disclosed in the listing and refunds will be granted upon the item being returned in the exact condition that it was listed and shipped in.

Items being returned that were listed/sold in Brand New and/or Unopened Factory Sealed condition will have a 20% restocking fee if the item has been opened prior to being returned.
